New Delivery Service Hits the Internet

By Joseph Endler ’15

Imagine this. It’s Valentines Day. You wake up to a text from your significant other and realize you haven’t had time to get them anything at all! You are in a panic. What do you do? Now, with this new service, you can now text the company “Magic” which leads you to a hotline which can get you any legal item you want.

Take the Valentines Day disaster for example. You text the number and say that you want a dozen roses and a box of chocolates delivered to your house by 12 p.m. The service will send you the price, and you will receive the flowers and chocolate by the time you desire. Then, all you must do is wait for the delivery and pay. Disaster diverted.

One of the only downsides is that the service charges more for time sensitive events.

This new service might change the way people go around ordering stuff. Why order a pizza from a pizzeria when you can get it faster with Magic?

This is a relatively new thing, but so far it has been gaining in popularity online.

To check it out, text “Magic” to this number: 408-217-1721.
